Hi I had my period on the 2nd or this month and had unprotected sex 20 days after. He came inside and nothing came out. Iv been having some abdominal and lower back pain and nausea already. This morning when I woke up I started bleeding again. What could this mean. I m worried about it and we have been trying to have a baby

In the current scenario, the best way to identify if you are pregnant is to get an assay of the serum beta-hCG titres as urine pregnancy tests do not read well until 3-7 days after a missed period. If pregnancy is confirmed, this could be an implantation bleed or an impending abortion and you need immediate expert help. If negative, it could be an early period. Fertile period usually is around 10-16 days of a regular 28-30 day cycle. Even pre-ejaculate is sufficient to cause conception during this period. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
