What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse, Headache, Backpain, Lightheadedness, Blurry Vision And Hairloss?

i am 26 years old I have 3 children ages 1,2,4 I had my period may 25th june 2nd today june 9th I started bleeding after intercourse I had a really intense headache my lower back has been hurting for quit sometime my pee is dark orange and don t get very much at a time I feel light headed and want to puke my vision is has been more blurrier lately and I have a hard time focus on 2 things at once which never used to be a problem im discharging a lot but does not look white looks clear please help I also lost weight my hair is thinning out and I get really intense skin rashes that cuz huge welts in a long line or bumps and my skin is really warm I feel cold all the time
