Hello,
The likely causes for this discomfort you had during the intercourse are a prolapsed ovary into the pouch of Douglas especially when the uterus is retroverted, a polyp of the cervix, vaginitis and/or cervicitis, erosions etc. The bleeding could also be due to the withdrawal effects of the emergency contraceptive pill. Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstrual period and any intercourse around this period is unsafe. Since you had the intercourse outside this period, you are safe. Hope this helps.
