OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The injury in the genital tract you had while childbirth might have completely healed in 7 months. It has no relation with the bleeding you had after intercourse last night.
Post coital bleeding can be due to local lesions in cervix or vagina, including malignancy.
I would therefore suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can be properly examined, investigated( including pap smear and colposcopy ) and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
