What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi, I just had a check up in May and everything came back "normal". I have had cervical cancer at the age of 19 and it had been removed. the last 3 times I had intercourse with my husband, I started bleeding. the blood was very light color, like when you cut yourself and it starts bleeding. I have no pain during or after the intercourse. Please help!
