Hi,
Bleeding after intercourse or the so-called 'post coital bleeding', can be due to several reasons. Cervical erosions, infections of the cervix and the vagina, polyps of the cervix, trauma during intercourse to the vulva and vagina, all can cause such bleeding. You will need a speculum examination to know the cause. If everything is fine, this spotting could be due to ovulation or some hormone disturbance, which usually rectifies spontaneously. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
