What Causes Bleeding After Masturbation?

I'm a 13 year old girl. I love to masturbate, I use whatever I can find, I usually use a highlighter that i just put in there or the end of a hair brush wrapped in a plastic bag. When I masturbate, with my fluids some blood comes out. Is this normal?
