Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, there is a cut of the blood vessel, inside, or it might be the capillary bleeding. Any how it must be dressed wit a tight cotton plug in the cavity, and then dressing.
If still it is not controlled the blood vessel is traced and tied.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclofenac, and styptics.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
