What Causes Bleeding After Periods?

Hi I m 20 yrs old. I just recently had my period about a week ago and I had unprotected sex about 4 days ago. I started to bleed again but it s like a spotting type of blood nothing major...what does this mean? I ve also had a few cramps. I m scared please help.
