What Causes Bleeding After Sex With Cramp In Ovary Area?

I am female and age is 44 - have regular light periods. I had sex Saturday morning and since then continuous bleeding, bright red in color and a couple very small clumps of red. This bleeding has been longer than my normal period and it is not time for my period cycle to begin. I have a slight cramp in my left lower section of my stomach - ovary area. Any suggestions or ideas?
