What Causes Bleeding After Taking I Pill?

I am a 20 year old female, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last week and took a pill within 10 hours, we had protected sex again today that went for two go(s). I experienced bleeding after coming home.
P.s- I have my menstruation date on the 12th of this month

Hi,

I will suggest you to start having a course of antibiotics Amoxyclav for 5 days and Metronidazole tablets 400 mg for 5 days, also start Zerodol tablets for 5 days.
