Hi,

Plan B or Morning after pill is an emergency contraceptive pill which has few side effects like stomach pain, dizziness, headache, breast pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, changes in menstrual cycle etc. Your symptoms might be due to the pills effect on your regular cycle. Also, the chance for pregnancy is less. watch for your next cycle, if the same problem persists consult your doctor for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
