What Causes Bleeding After Taking Primolut N?

I am 40 years old, my height is 5'5" & weight is 67 kg. I am taking primolut N tablets for last 9 days. i was having spotting occasionally but this morning quite heavy bleeding started suddenly in spite of taking the tablets regularly 2 times a day. whats the reason of bleeding & what should i do now?
