What Causes Bleeding After Taking Tenth Althea Pill?

hi,
i am taking althea pill for 16days starting on the second day of my menstruation period. My problem is that i bleed again after the tenth pill and it has not stop until now. the flow is like my normal menstruation period. Is it normal?Please advise.
