What Causes Bleeding After Taking The ECP?

Hi I took the morning after pill last saturday and I've woken up today to bleeding. I'm not due on my period for another two weeks. I don't know if it is expected or wrong. Can you tell me anything please with it being Sunday my doctor isn't available. Thank you!
