What Causes Bleeding After Termination Of Pregnancy?

my query is ...i had 1 and half month pregnancy and i terminated it by having MTP and after one month my period came ... , pregnancy test report in ultrasound was negative .....now still m having bleeding a little , now wat should i do now ....is it a case of washing plzz help

Hi,
Due to hormonal irregularity following an abortion, it may take a couple of months before regular menstrual pattern is resumed. This could be the cause of your current bleeding. Since the completion of the abortion has been confirmed through sonogram, the chances of a retained pregnancy are nil. I would ask you to get help from your consultant for relief. You may need styptics and hormone supplementation if needed, after a hormone profile. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
