What Causes Bleeding After Unprotected Sex?
Hi, I have very regular periods every 30 days and this month I finished my period 8 days ago and had unprotected sex 4 days ago was all normal, but last night we had unprotected sex again and I had dark blood coming out straight after and I'm still lightly bleeding again today. We're trying for a baby but I know it's too early to have ovulated yet. Could this just be the left over period that never came out? Or something's wrong?

I understand your concern.
The post coital bleeding in first week post menstrual, can be due to-
-left over bleeding of previous periods,
- Inflammation/ irrosion of cervix, cervical polyp
- early ovulation.
Observe the bleeding for couple of days/repeat bleeding after next sex- if it occurs ,get internal examination done by a gynecologist & follow instructions given.
