What Causes Bleeding Along With Pelvic Pain While Having Mirena IUD?
Ive had mirena implanted for 11 months. Last two days I ve had discharge, fresh vaginally bleeding, shooting pain in pelvic region and abdomen, back and shoulder pain, milk letting down after being dry for 5 months, and nausea. Cramping in the back and some pressure near my rectum. Should I go to the er or wait to make a doctor s appointment? This is all a week before I start my very regular period.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
