What Causes Bleeding And Breast Soreness After A Period?

Good day, I got my period 2 weeks ago and it lasted for 5 days. It was normal. But last 2 dys ago i saw blood came out when i was taking a bath and my breast is sore which is normal when im about to have my period. Now i can see brown color on my napkin. what does it mean/ thanks
