What Causes Bleeding And Cramps After Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex 2 days after my period ended. 14 days later I started bleeding the first day was very light the second was heavy then the third was light but I had very dark blood and when I peed flakes of blood appeared. Do you have any idea what this could be? I ve been having lower cramps as well.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to ovulation, fibroid, hormonal imbalance, polyp, endometriosis, ovarian cyst and endometrial dysplasia.
Ovulation bleeding is very light and just like spotting.
But you have heavy bleeding need detailed examination.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo Vaginal examination, USG scan, ovarian follicle study and PAP/colposcopy, endometrial biopsy.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Tablet meftal spas for cramp, take proper rest and eat healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
