What Causes Bleeding And Pain After Having Circumcision?

hello, i have recently had a circumcision (a week ago tomorrow) at the age of 26. 24 hours after leaving hospital i removed my bandages as instructed, this is when the pain started, i am incapable of having anything come in contact with the glans. i had a home visit from a doctor who then prescribed zapin for the pain. this has made little to no difference to contact pain but has taken the constant pain away. The underside of the wound is still bleeding, this is very light in the day but when i wake up i have a lot of dried blood in the area... what i need to know is how to stop the extreme sensitivity of the glans and how to stop the bleeding. i m assuming getting erections whilst asleep is whats causing it to bleed. I need to get back to work and life, i m currently bed bound and was only expecting to be out of action for 48 hours!

Hi,
This problem is common for few days of circumcision operation.
Due to part remain open and rubbing against clothes, soreness on operated part might cause pain and some bleeding from the wound.
During erection which is common during night might precipitate bleeding.
If bleeding and irritation continues, do dressing with antibiotic cream and cover the part with gauze piece.
Ok and take care.
