What Causes Bleeding And Painful Anus?
I have had this constant pain Around my butt hole for the past week. I dread going to the bathroom to take a BM because I know it s going to hurt and hurt even worse we I stand up. I did bleed once and that was at the beginning of when this all started to happen. What should I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having fissure in ano giving severe pain and bleeding before passing bowels.
go for one course f antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5-7 days.
Apply antibiotic, local anesthetic cream locally.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
After clinical examination plan of treatment can be decided.
Avoid constipation and take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
