What Causes Bleeding And Painful Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hello im supposed to be sixx weeks pregnant now since yesterday i lost blood and a slimey dark red ball. I also found small pieces of tissue. Besides that i hace very painfull cramps in my lower back and i dont feel my pragnancy symptones no more. Shoukd i worry?

HI,
I understand your concern.
The painful cramps with bleeding in early pregnancy suggests abortion.
The abortion has to be complete,otherwise it goes on bleeding,to make the patient weak.
I would advise you to visit emergency room, where internal examination & investigations will be done to know the type of abortion.
In case it's incomplete, The complete evacuation is done by -
- by infusing injections through IV drip.
- surgical evacuation .
Please take medicines prescribed post operatively, take rest for a week,take nutritious diet & use some contraceptive major to avoid immediate pregnancy.
