hi iam 29 and ave been on the pill for yrs i ave slept with 2 diferent guys 1 just at th wkend wen i came home i noticed i was spot bleedin n there was a smell i always wash after sex but iam worried cause my tummy is sore i do sometymes miss th pill wat can it b??

You should go and consult a gynaecologist and get your proper vaginal examination and vaginal swab culture done to rule out the cause of your problem.
You should rule out STD also.
