What Causes Bleeding And Stomach Ache After Completion Of Familon Course?

we are newly married couple, and don't want early baby..

So doctor suggested familon 21 days course, which was successfully completed

& also we had unprotected sex several times..

after complision of course, on 5th day my wifes periods started but with very less bleeding..

after 6 days periods were completed..



on 10th day again she had bleeding, very less but with stomach ache.

today its 17th day every day she has small bleeding with stomach ache..

plz suggest is there any prb?

Familon (DESOGESTREL+ETHINYL ESTRADIOL) is a combination of hormones that help prevent pregnancy.
The side effects of femilon are as,
Intermenstrual bleeding,
Post-medication amenorrhea ( no bleeding ),
Changes in cervical secretions,
Nausea, vomiting, mood changes , depression , breast tenderness .
As you mentioned that there is bleeding irregularly and also stomach pain so these symptoms may be due to femilon , so stop this drug and consult your doctor for another contraceptives.
