What Causes Bleeding And Swelling In Vagina After Every Sex?

i lost my virginity to my boyfriend . the first time he only popped my cherry & the second time he went all the way in , since then , everytime we do it i bleed . & now i have this pain . my vagina is kinda swollen & it hurts kinda near my olvaries . what can this be ?
