What Causes Bleeding And Swollen Hymen After Masturbating?

Im really embarrassed about this and i dont know who else to ask but I am a 16 yea-old virgin and i was masterbating with a flashlight and when i pulled it out, there was a little blood and some off white discharge on the flashlight. I looked in the mirror and the skin on the inside of my vagina (hymen) was really red and puffy. im scared i tore my hymen or something but i wanted a professional s opinion on the situation. please help!

First I would recommend no to panic
I really wanted to know what is your opinion of virginity...If something penetrate you vagina, then you can not pretend to have an intact hymen anymore, unless you have a very elastic one. But the fact that it has bleeded and is swollen means that your hymen is ruptured.
If the bleeding continoues or it is red blood then you should consult your doctor, because there are cases when a suture is needed.
