What Causes Bleeding And Tearing Sound From Penis During Ejaculation?

while my boyfriend was ejaculated there was this tearing noise like paper tearing only it was from his penis an at that very moment he started bleeding majorly i am worried beacuse he's been bleeding this way for the past 9 hours what could that possibly be

Based on your statement I would state that it is likely that your boyfriend has sustained (injury) fracture of the penis during sex resulting into bleeding from urethra .

He needs to consult Urologist or ER immediately for clinical examination and Ultrasound Scanning of the penis to confirm the same .

If turns out to be fracture of the penis he will need to undergo emergency surgery to suture the rent in Tunica Albugenia ..Delaying the treatment will land him permanent problem of Erectile Dysfunction .
