What Causes Bleeding And White Discharge During Intercourse?
I was recently having intercourse and during it my partner noticed that I was bleeding and I'm very scared for me and my partner. Also I've noticed a white watery dripping discharge from my vagina. Sometimes it even itches so im confused as well as scared of what to do or think. But besides that nothing else has been noticed.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms suggest that you are experiencing some vaginitis as you have itching and excess white discharge apart from the post-coital bleeding. In the current scenario, I would ask you to undergo a clinical evaluation, get a pap smear, cervical and vaginal swabs. Infections, if any should be treated promptly and if necessary, the partner also should be examined and treated. Please abstain from further intercourse until you are healed well. Do not use tampons; use sanitary napkins instead. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. You can use mild antiseptic solution instead. Hope this helps.
