What Causes Bleeding At The End Of Urination?

Ok yesterday I woke up and I peed and right before i was done peeing towards the end blood came out, not alot just a little, and when the blood came out it started to hurt for a little while. And now today I started my period. Do you know what could possibly be wrong?
