What Causes Bleeding Between Menstrual Cycle?

Hello dr. I really hate to ask this on line but my monthly cycle is the seventh of every month. How ever I have started to bleed again, this doesn t feel like another cycle no cramps or none of that, but the bleeding is very bright red, nothing on a tampon, now I m feeling weak, dizzy and starting to get a headache, of which I have non of these when it s that time. Kind of scared. Never had two cycles in one month

I do not know your age. It would have enabled me to comment better. This second bleeding repeats itself again after future m.cs or not, is important. We can not comment very first time. Occasionally II bleeding occurs in many out of the way. Some get because of cyst or endometrial lining abnormality, some get off and on while reaching menopause. Sometime it is DUB i.e. dysfunctional uterine bleeding.

Pattern of such bleeding must be studied before reaching any decision. Ad of now some iron supplement and haemostatic medicine is sufficient. Some analgesic med will take care of headache etc.
