What Causes Bleeding Between Period After Taking Morning After Pill?

Hi Doc,
I had sex for the first time about two weeks back, during the intercorse the condom broke, i took morning after pills the next morning. I had my period in the week before i had sex, this week i started with a period again. Could i be pregnant?
