OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I would advise a internal examination of cervix, a thyroid profile test to exclude thyroid abnormality, a blood sugar test, although these symptoms may be due to peri-menopausal but diabetes and thyroid are required to be excluded, start a antibiotics course and a tranaxemic acids course.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
