What Causes Bleeding During Intercourse Inspite Of Having Fitted Coil?

Having had the coil fitted i was prescribed norethisterone to stop the bleeding, these were working well and I am still taking them but have had bleeding the past couple of times whilst having intercourse which these tablets was supposed to stop, why has this happened

I think a detailed internal examination of the organs like your cervix is required for this condition. Also, a Pap smear test will be required.
