What Causes Bleeding During Intercourse?

female 23 5'4 135 pounds. allergic to: penecillin and ammoxicillan.for the past week i have been bleeding lightly/moredately during intercourse. afterwards it stops. I just finished my period 5 days ago. I've been on birth control for over 7 years consistently. I'm not sure If my cervix has been damaged, but recently, within the past 5 days I have also begun to have muscle aches and tonight I suddenly felt faint and had to lay down. Today I noticed three what appears to be spider bites on my right forearm. White raised pimples with a small rash around each within in 10 centiemeters of eachother. I have lower/central abdominal discomfort and slight pain slightly to the right and above my belly button. I also have contracted a cough in the same time.
