Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the pregnancy symptoms usually start around 6 weeks. The causes of spotting or bleeding like low lying placenta, hormonal abnormalities like thyroid abnormalities, progesterone insufficiency or bleeding from cervix should be ruled out.If everything is normal nothing to worry.Take good rest.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.
