What Causes Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor good morning, my name is shireesha, i am 31 years old, 50 kg wt, bleedin passed like urine in my 3 month,
after scanning doctor said baby growth is fine no need to worry, use sustain 200 for 15 days twice and then if bleeding doesnt happen reduse sustain 200 once daily.Why this happened and what are the measures to be taken by me.Is there any problem to me and baby, please suggest me solution.

Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Bleeding during first trimester is quite common in about 20% of the patients.

As your gynecologist as told it not to take seriously, it is most probably implantation bleeding. It occurs due to attachment of the fertilised egg to the wall of the uterus.

So no need to worry. Keep doing scans at regular intervals.
