What Causes Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi, im 10 weeks pregnant, i have been bleeding and spotting on and off during the past month
Ive done several ecos and the dr says the baby is fine.
Im taking utrogestan from the beginning, I had a miscarriage 5 months ago
Another dr told me that maybe im bleeding because of the utrogestan
Is it possible?
Why does it happen?

Thanks for the query.
Bleeding can be seen in early pregnancy due to different causes.
Like:
- Implantation bleeding
-Growing gestational sac damaging blood vessels
-Increased blood supply to local genital organs etc.

Utrogestan contains progesterone.
It helps in maintenance of pregnancy and it may not lead to spotting.
As your investigation reports are all normal, no need to worry.
