What Causes Bleeding During Urination?

Hi please I need help,I always see blood after urinating when I wipe myself,there is no blood in the urine,no itching and I don t feel any pain,,,please what is wrong with me,I am scared,it does not happen everyday just sotimes in the morning and at night

Hi, I think it can be due to some urine infections. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics. You can also do a ultrasound to see the kidneys, ureter and bladder conditions. Hope I have answered your question.
