What Causes Bleeding Even After Taking Medicines During Pregnancy?

hi , i m 12 weeks pregnent , had bleeding yesterday same like first day of date & went to doctor , they have given one injection & advised duphaston daily twice ( morning & evening) , today early morning i had very slight bleeding again , it that normal signs ?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Bleeding at 12 weeks of pregnancy indicates hormonal deficiency/ placental separation following exertion/ fall.
Hormonal supplementation & rest forms prime management in such case.
The bleeding stops gradually. sometimes collected blood from previous bleeding is seen. Please don't worry.
- You have been correct treatment. Please follow doctor's instruction strictly. Take the pills regularly at fixed time.
- continue bed rest,
- take light nutritious food,
- avoid psychological stress.
It will be under control in a weeks time. Cosult doctor in case you have fresh ( bright red ) bleeding.
