What Causes Bleeding Every Time A Dosage Of Loette Is Missed?

Hi, I am 24 years old, unmarried young girl. Have been on loette for almost a year now. I missed taking 2 tablets last month, not in a row, but with a gap of 3 days. So i had bleeding on the 1st of dec, and later missed another tablet and so i am bleeding again since 3 days. This means i ve bled twice in the same month. Is it anything serious? What should i do? Worried!
