What Causes Bleeding Foreskin?

Hi I have cuts on the inside of my foreskin, they look like tiny scratches and they re open, but no blood is coming from the area. It s itchy and hurts when I touch that area or if it rubs against my underwear, I don t know how this started but I has intercoms with my partner and it was very painful, it was only the next day I noticed there was cuts, however the day before I had a bath and I think I left the soap on my make area too long because I started getting pains after the bath but didn t see no cuts until 2 days later after the sexualintercorse

Hi,
It seems that there might be having yeast infection or irritation due to collection of smegma and not cleaning the part daily.
Apply triple action cream on the part.
Make a habit of cleaning the glans by averting foreskin while taking shower.
Ok and take care.
