Hello,

Bleeding from your injured blood vessels is common so if it takes more time to stop means please check for platelet count and clotting profile.

I don't know why your blood vessels broking repeatedly is due to injury? Check for drugs your consuming like NSAIDS and warfarin. Check for liver dysfunction or kidney failure.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
