What Causes Bleeding From Clitoris And Vagina And Pain During Sex?

hi umm my clitoris the other day was bleeding and my vagina was bleeding as well i thought it was my period but it wasnt because i am not bleeding anymore. right now my clitoris hurts and it hurts to have intercourse what do you think might be wrong? what should i do?
