What Causes Bleeding From Ear After Accident?

hi i woke yestoday to blocked ear was just about to gently clean the ear when i sneezed and the q tip peirced my ear i had a very sharp pain for vabout 10 minutes then it was just muffgle this morning awoke to blood on my pillow and in my ear please advise x

I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You could have injured your ear drum while cleaning.

I recommend the following.

1) Analgesics for pain relief.
2) Otoscopic examination of the ear to rule out ear drum.
