What Causes Bleeding From Ear After An Accident?

Hi, my freind has met with an accident last night, he was traveling in a car along with his family, driver was there for the car, now my freind is in coma, and blood is bleeding from his ear, how serious it is let me know.

hello, thanks for your query, bleeding from ear by head injury could be due to temporal bone fracture causing Csf leak, facial palsy , deafness. ct brain will give all the details. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
