Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Without an exam, I can only give general information. Low blood platelets or low blood proteins can make the body unable to prevent bleeding. It is a serious symptom that deserves immediate attention in general. Cannot say in your particular situaiton.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
