What Causes Bleeding From Eyes,nose And Mouth?

A friends mother is bleeding from her eyes, nose and mouth, and her face gets very swollen, she is constanly weak. She has had this problem for almost 4 years. What could the causes be and how can it be treated? We are in South Africa, and doctors here have been treating her for T.B, but the situation does not seem to be improving. Please help

Bleeding from mouth and nose can be explained but can not be linked to eyes. 4years duration is too long. IS it frank blood or digested blood?Frank blood can come from near source. This condition is possible in bleeding disorder disease like leukemia.Investigation may be done to rule them out.
