Bleeding from nose is mainly due to High blood pressure, however it could also due to clotting problems, low platelet count, etc.
Bleeding from mouth is mainly due to gum problems. However it can also occur due to High blood pressure, blood due to coughing, a lesion inside the mouth.
You should get her blood pressure checked first. If it is normal get her bleeding time, clotting time & platelet count done. If all comes normal visit a dentist.
