What Causes Bleeding From Mouth At A High Altitude?
hi my doctor and i were up in high altitude and she started to bleed from the mouth right tonsil cut and whole throat very red i took her to the hospital five hours the bleeding went on they gave ice chips to stop bleedin she has now what appears to be part of a blood vessel that came out of her mouth

you mentioned that your known to person had bleed from the mouth from the tonsillar area.
this can happen in conditions like trauma to that area,postoperative bleeding or it can be due to some vessel anyuresm getting burst.
in such situation patient should be immediately shifted to operation room,adequate blood should be reserved and the source of bleeding should be found out and should be stopped.
for this an ent specialist surgeon is the apt person.
